Return & Refund Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hei@maksimalists.com. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can send your return to us in one of two ways:

• By post or courier to: Līgo iela 2, Sigulda, Siguldas nov., LV-2150, Latvia
• Via parcel locker at: Siguldas Vidus ielas ELVI pakomāts (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, or Latvijas Pasts)

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hei@maksimalists.com.
